How should I care for my jewelry?

Storing in a dry place/avoid chemicals/be careful of hand knocks/remove before shower, swimming, workout.
How should I cleanse my crystals?
- Place it on crystal gravel/cluster for at least 6 hours.
- Place it under the full-moonlight, can cleanse and change the crystal energy.
- We provide “Energy Cleansing Service” with multiple cleansing methods, ranging from Clear Quartz, Natural Mineral Water, Herbal Incense, Burnt White Sage, to Natural Oil Diffuser. Special cleansing requests can be made for an additional charge of 10 SGD per item.
- We also have “Temple Blessing Service” for those who wish their crystals to possess stronger positive energies. This service is available for an additional charge of 15 SGD per item. You can add the service at checkout.
Size
How do I select a size for whom I don't know his/her size?

Women are generally fit 16cm to 18cm sizes, and men generally fit 18cm to 20cm sizes.
The item does not fit, can I exchange for another size?

We will happily exchange your item within 14 days of purchase. Please send us your request from Contact Us page.
I can't see my size as an option. Can you make a specially sized item for me?

We provide customization service, the design fee starting at 15 SGD. Please send us your request from Contact Us page.
Shipping
I haven’t received my package yet. What should I do?

What if my package is lost or stolen?
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, and you've checked with your neighbors and around your property, please contact us immediately at support@lumosio.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
