Product Specifications and Customization

• Standard Sizes:

  • Bracelets: Typically range from approximately 15cm to 17cm (6’’ - 7’’).
  • Necklaces: Approximately 30cm in length.
  • Custom sizes and design modifications are available upon request.
  • Not sure about your size? Please check Size Guide on measurement.

• Design Fees:

  • All Multi-Purpose Chain products are available for customization. The same design can be made into a bracelet, necklace, bag charm, or phone strap. If you need customization, please go to the 'Contact Us' page and leave your request. We will respond and confirm your order within one business day.
  • Changes exceeding 2cm in length or adding more than three beads will incur a design fee, starting at 15 SGD.

• Handmade Uniqueness:

  • Each piece is meticulously handmade, resulting in a production cycle that ensures each item is unique. Please consider this before purchasing if you are concerned about the uniqueness of handmade items.

Cleansing and Blessing Services

• Energy Cleansing:

  • Each item is cleansed with pure energy before it is sent to you. This service is provided free of charge to ensure your crystal is ready to be worn as soon as you receive it.
  • Special cleansing requests can be made for an additional charge of 10 SGD per item. Let us know your preferred cleansing method, ranging from Clear Quartz, Natural Mineral Water, Herbal Incense, Burnt White Sage, to Natural Oil Diffuser.

• Temple Blessing Service:

  • We also offer a Temple Blessing Service for those who wish their crystals to possess stronger positive energies. This service is available for an additional charge of 15 SGD per item.

Jewelry Care

• Handling: Handle your crystal jewelry with care to maintain its natural beauty.
• Cleaning: Clean your jewelry using only a soft, dry cloth to preserve the finish.
• Storage: Keep your jewelry in a padded box or a soft pouch to prevent scratches and damage.
